I just wanted to write to you to express my gratitude for your business and particularly your employees.  I'm sure you remember doing my pool in Bayport in 2015.  My experiences with your office and employees since then has been exceptional.

Yesterday, my kids talked me into taking advantage of the nice weather and opening our pool myself. I had a scheduled opening in a few weeks, but I decided that I have opened enough relative's pools that I could do my own and get a jump on the season.  I ran into a problem when I tried to prime the pump.  No matter how much water I put in the line or how long I ran the pump I could not get the water pulling.  After a frustrating morning I called the True Blue office to explain that I wanted to cancel my previously scheduled opening (sorry!) but that I now needed a service call.  The office staff was as accommodating as always and offered to have a service/maintenance manager call me from the road when he was available.  Shortly after, I received a call from Mike who offered to talk me through the system and said that if I could not get it going he would stop by on his way home!  This is the kind of service I have repeatedly experienced with True Blue.  Over the phone Mike was able to identify that I was missing a gasket.  A quick trip to the store and everything was running great!

I have always said that businesses do best when they treat their employees well.  You must have a similar philosophy because every employee I have dealt with at True Blue takes pride in treating customers the right way. It's nice to know that there are still businesses out there that make this a priority!  Thank you to you and your staff for the help yesterday and for the exceptional service these past few years.  While I may have saved a few bucks by doing my own opening yesterday, you can be sure that I will continue to use the services of True Blue and also continue to recommend your company to anyone needing pool construction or services!
